The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a fixed-price purchase of dental imaging equipment for the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center Multi-Specialty Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in Rolla. The requirement includes one Carestream CS 9600 3D cone-beam computed tomography system with software and related licenses, seven wall-mounted 7 mA dental radiographic units, and seven complete digital intraoral sensor kits containing Size 1 and Size 2 sensors. The CS 9600 must support panoramic and 3D CBCT imaging, multiple fields of view, high-resolution imaging, DICOM/PACS integration, implant planning, airway and TMJ analysis, and STL export. The radiographic units require long-arm wall-mounted configurations, and the sensors must support high-resolution digital intraoral imaging and clinical infection-control requirements. The contractor must provide authorized-distributor proof and equipment brochures, complete the required vendor representations and certifications, deliver the equipment FOB destination, perform field verification, provide shop drawings, install and validate all equipment, remove installation waste, and provide hands-on staff training with recorded and written training materials. A two-year manufacturer warranty with free replacement and return shipping is required. The solicitation is restricted to certified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and requires compliance with the applicable limitations on subcontracting and manufacturer or nonmanufacturer representations.
