The Idaho Army National Guard is soliciting dental readiness services for Service Members, including comprehensive dental examinations, clinically indicated digital radiographs, oral health and risk assessments, dental readiness classification, documentation in military medical systems, and case management. The contractor must provide licensed dentists and appropriate dental support staff, maintain infection-control and OSHA compliance, and provide treatment planning and authorized restorative, endodontic, periodontal, prosthodontic, and oral surgery services needed to return Service Members to deployable dental readiness status. The requirement includes up to 75 examinations per month under the base line item, with a one-year base period and one 12-month option year. The amendment removes follow-on-care pricing from CLINs 0002 and 1002; offerors must not price those line items. Proposals must include separate pricing, a capability statement, and past-performance information. The capability statement is limited to 10 pages, and the past-performance submission is limited to three pages. The solicitation is set aside for Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business concerns, and the required CMMC level is Level 1 (Self).
