Description
The Nassau Board of Cooperative Educational Services is soliciting bids for a broad catalog of medical and dental supplies, including first-aid and wound-care products, diagnostic and monitoring equipment, personal protective equipment, laboratory supplies, dental instruments and materials, sterilization products, educational models, and related consumables. The bid includes numerous individually priced line items and permits qualifying equal products where specified; some listed items require exact brands or allow no substitutions. Products must be supplied in original manufacturer packaging, and applicable items must have at least a one-year shelf life at shipment. Blood pressure machines must be calibrated, and delivery is required within 15 days after receipt of a purchase order, with inside delivery to the destination identified on each purchase order. Bidders must complete the electronic bid attributes and acknowledge the applicable terms, non-collusion, Iran Divestment Act, sexual-harassment-prevention, warranty, and product-delivery certifications.
