Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking two Medit i900 Classic intraoral scanners with compatible laptops, or equivalent equipment, for the Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center and Monacan Health Clinic. Each package must include specified scanning tips, power cords, a desktop cradle, wall mount, practice model, required software, accessories, and a current professional version of Microsoft Windows. The system must support specified scanning, CAD, cloud-storage, practice-management, imaging, diagnostic, printer, and milling-machine integrations. The contractor must provide delivery, unpacking, placement, installation, software setup and integration, testing, clinical and technical training, lifetime technical support, and maintenance. The base price must include a three-year manufacturer's warranty, unlimited drop protection during the warranty period, and a guaranteed 48-hour replacement for damaged units. Technical support must respond to operating-system, error, or power issues within 12 hours. Award will be made using a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation, and the quote must include all requested technical, pricing, eligibility, and past-performance information.
