Description
The County of Ventura is seeking one qualified vendor to partner in the development and implementation of an in-house Specialty Pharmacy program at Ventura County Medical Center. The program is intended to improve access to specialty medications, coordinate care among pharmacists, providers, and patients, optimize clinical follow-up, and support comprehensive medication management for patients receiving specialty therapies. The health care system serves specialty populations including hematology/oncology, immunology, rheumatology, infectious disease, HIV, hepatology, cystic fibrosis, and neurology. The solicitation requests a written proposal addressing the plan and approach, financial information, compensation, non-collusion requirements, business associate agreement acknowledgment, cooperative agreement, references and offeror information, scope-of-work requirements, and professional services contract questionnaire. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is required before submitting a proposal.
