Description
Sourcewell is seeking proposals for physical health products and related services across five categories: musculoskeletal health; specialty care, including cancer and surgery centers of excellence; weight management, including GLP-1 support and diabetes or pre-diabetes care; family health, including women's and elder care; and general physical health, including virtual primary care, heart health, laboratory testing, and functional medicine. Proposers may include directly related equipment, accessories, delivery, installation, and services, but the solicitation is not intended for supplies-only solutions. Proposed equipment and products must be new, current models, comply with applicable safety and regulatory standards, be delivered operational unless otherwise stated, and include an industry-standard or better warranty. The resulting master agreement term is four years, with up to three additional one-year extensions and possible further extensions in exceptional circumstances. The estimated annual transaction value is USD 2 million, although sales and volume are not guaranteed. Proposers must submit pricing as line-item pricing, catalog or category discounts, or a combination, and must provide selected bid pricing, volume pricing, and any applicable catalog or price-file information. Proposals will be evaluated on conformance, financial viability, ability to sell and deliver solutions, marketing plan, value-added attributes, solution breadth and depth, and pricing.
