Caltrans is approving an encroachment permit for Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation to connect a lateral sewer line directly to the Ojai Valley Sanitary District's main sewer line within Caltrans right-of-way along State Route 33 at post mile 10.76, in the City of Ojai, Ventura County. The work includes excavation to a depth of 6 to 7 feet and traffic control activities. No new right-of-way will be acquired. The project is categorically exempt from CEQA and NEPA.
