Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research for comprehensive hospital and physician services for male inmates at the Federal Correctional Institution in Seagoville, Texas. The anticipated scope includes inpatient and outpatient facility services, inpatient and outpatient physician services, long-term acute care, extended stay, telehealth consultations, and on-site physician services. Estimated annual quantities include approximately 430 inpatient days, 1,270 outpatient visits, 1,100 long-term acute-care outpatient visits, 260 extended-stay days, and various physician and telehealth consultations. Pricing is expected to use Medicare-based benchmarks, with offerors proposing discounts or premiums against applicable Medicare Part A and Part B rates. The anticipated contract structure is a base year plus four 12-month option periods. This is a sources-sought questionnaire, not a solicitation; respondents must provide capability, business-size, subcontracting, pricing, billing, insurance, and readiness information.
