Description
The Nevada State Purchasing Division, on behalf of the State of Nevada, is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive employee drug and alcohol testing services statewide. Required capabilities include pre-employment, reasonable-suspicion, return-to-work, follow-up, random, and post-accident/post-incident testing; complete mandatory drug-panel screening and confirmation testing; alcohol testing; specimen collection; chain-of-custody management; Medical Review Officer review; result reporting; quality assurance; confidentiality and information security; and regulatory compliance. Vendors must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience, required licenses and accreditations, an operational collection-provider network, coverage for specified Nevada locations, qualified laboratories and Medical Review Officers, implementation readiness, account management and billing capabilities, quarterly reporting, expert testimony support, and the ability to provide additional testing, nationwide collection access, and related FMCSA program support where available. The State expects to award multiple contracts, with a two-year term and two one-year renewal options. Responses must include technical and cost proposal materials, required certifications, service-location information, scope-of-work responses, and supporting laboratory, personnel, subcontractor, compliance, and sample-report documentation.
