Lane County and the City of Springfield, Oregon are jointly soliciting proposals for comprehensive medical, dental, pharmaceutical, and mental health services for adults in custody (AIC) at the Lane County Adult Corrections Facility and the Springfield Municipal Jail. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering these services to the inmate populations at both facilities. Although the services are procured through a single solicitation, each agency will administer its own contract, and each has its own operational requirements as detailed in the RFP. A mandatory pre-offer conference and site visit will be held on August 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM, during which offerors will tour both facilities. Only offerors who attend this conference will be permitted to submit a proposal.
