The Department of National Defence is seeking one pre-qualified Task-Based Informatics Professional Services supplier to support the Air Force Command and Control Information Systems Capability Enhancement program. The requirement covers one intermediate application/software architect, four intermediate technology architects, and eight senior technology architects under TBIPS Streams 1 and 3. The services will support the full lifecycle of Royal Canadian Air Force command-and-control capabilities, including systems engineering, software development, systems integration, infrastructure modernization, and support for tactical and operational applications, networks, servers, data centres, and related technologies. The contract is intended to run for 20 months, with an estimated effort of 400 days per resource, and requires Secret-level supplier security clearance. Only the listed pre-qualified TBIPS suppliers may bid; RFP documents will be sent directly by the DND point of contact and are not available for download from the tendering system. Responses may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
