Description
State University of New York at Geneseo is seeking qualifications from design firms and teams to establish backdrop term agreements for up to six consultants for 2027–2029. Selected firms may be chosen through mini-selections for studies, architectural and engineering design, hazardous-materials abatement engineering, third-party asbestos monitoring, special inspections, and construction administration services. Anticipated work includes building-envelope, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, interior, safety and security, utility, hardscape, campus-mapping, and CADD projects. The maximum consultant fee for an individual project is $200,000, and the cumulative value of all backdrop term agreements over the three-year term is limited to $700,000. The qualifications package must include a cover page, cover letter, design-team qualifications and experience, personnel qualifications and experience, project approach and capability, previous similar project experience, and required state forms and certifications. Five signed hard-copy packages and one electronic PDF copy on a labeled flash drive are required; cost proposals are not requested with the qualifications.
