The Federal Highway Administration's Central Federal Lands Highway Division anticipates competitively soliciting and awarding multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts for architect-engineer services. The contracts are planned for a total duration of five years and will have a shared capacity of $60 million. The acquisition is open to all business concerns, with a partial small-business set-aside planned for portions of the requirement. Services will support projects in Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming. Typical work will involve context-sensitive design for environmentally sensitive areas and improvements to low-volume, low-speed roadways, ranging from resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation to full reconstruction. This notice is a presolicitation; the proposal due date will be provided in the future solicitation.
