Description
Loto-Québec is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide information technology professional services on demand across 12 service domains: application and enterprise architecture; application development, integration, and maintenance; project and program management; digital and user-experience projects; governance, compliance, and risk management; information security; infrastructure and operations; analytics and data; IT call-center and service-center support; networking and telephony; artificial intelligence; and development-team augmentation for product and platform squads. The procurement is open to firms that meet the stated experience requirements: five years of relevant IT consulting experience for domains 1 through 10, and at least three years for domains 11 and 12. The selected arrangement is expected to have a 36-month contract period. Proposals must be submitted electronically, and eligibility documentation includes a valid Revenu Québec attestation or, where applicable, the required absence-of-establishment form.
