Description
Norfolk County is conducting a Request for Information to obtain background and context from qualified vendors, solution providers, and implementation partners for an upcoming municipal enterprise resource planning system replacement. The municipality has approximately 1,300 system users and is seeking full-service solution(s) to modernize and streamline operations, increase system capability, and replace aging technology. The requested solution should address operational, reporting, and integration requirements and account for the replacement of Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics, which is scheduled to stop receiving support on December 31, 2029, along with a significant number of related subsystems. This is an information-gathering opportunity rather than a stated procurement for immediate contract award.
