Lac Ste. Anne Foundation is seeking a qualified prime consultant for the Mayerthorpe Project, a housing facility improvement project supporting seniors housing and supportive living. The consultant will provide architectural services and lead coordination among design and engineering disciplines. The scope includes functional programming, stakeholder engagement, site master planning, schematic design, design development, regulatory approvals, construction documents, procurement support, construction administration, and project close-out. The work is organized into six phases, with later phases subject to written Owner authorization.
