Description
The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, through its Early Child & Family Services Division and Director’s Office, is considering awarding a sole-source contract to Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies for infant and early childhood mental health services. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; vendors that believe they can provide an equivalent service may submit a detailed description of their capabilities and how they would meet the requirements in the Letter of Intent to Sole Source. Interested vendors must respond through the electronic procurement event by completing the required questions and uploading a thorough written response addressing the services described in the Letter of Intent. No buyer attachments are included in the event, and the Letter of Intent is referenced as an event document or question attachment.
