Description
Montana Legal Services Association is seeking a consultant or single vendor to evaluate and modernize its brand identity, including potential renaming, brand positioning, messaging, logo, color palette, typography, style guidelines, and supporting communications materials. The engagement includes stakeholder interviews, brand research, multiple design concepts, a brand style guide, presentation and print collateral, and recommendations for launching the new brand. The selected vendor will also redesign and build a new website, including CMS implementation as needed, content migration, search functionality, Spanish-language support, accessibility implementation, quality assurance, browser compatibility testing, documentation, and training for website editors. Proposals may not exceed 10 pages and must address the vendor's qualifications, nonprofit and legal-aid experience, references or testimonials, methodology, timeline, team involvement, detailed pricing, additional expenses, hourly rates, and compensation requirements. The stated budget is $25,000-$30,000.
