Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking one LowCam VI150 under-vehicle inspection system to replace a damaged unit and maintain compatibility with an existing system. The requirement is brand-name only and includes furnishing the system, required software and licenses, and installation flush with the ground at the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Station. The contractor must install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, integrate, and configure the system; provide acceptance testing, turnover documentation, operator and supervisory training, and a three-year warranty and maintenance plan including spare parts. Required capabilities include advanced composite imaging with color cameras, HD images and playback controls, undercarriage lighting, at least 500 GB of image storage, license plate recognition, magnetic-field sensors, system networking, preventive maintenance, software and firmware updates, technical manuals, and quality-control documentation. The period of performance is 120 days from contract award.
