The United States Army National Guard is soliciting one new, non-refurbished industrial CNC hydraulic press brake with 140-to-150 tons of bending force, a minimum 120-inch usable bed length, at least 100 inches of clearance between side frames, a maximum assembled width of 156 inches, a minimum net weight of 14,000 pounds, and a fully welded, stress-relieved structural-steel frame. The machine must include an integrated two-axis CNC controller capable of storing at least 40 programs, programmable back-gauge positioning and bend-sequence angles, a gooseneck punch, multi-V bottom die set with quick-release clamping, dual foot-pedal controls, and an ANSI/OSHA-compliant optical light-curtain safety system. The machine must be manufactured in the United States, a DFARS qualifying country, or a Trade Agreements Act-compliant country. The requirement also includes turnkey freight and delivery, certified heavy-equipment rigging for offloading and placement of the approximately 14,000-to-16,000-pound machine, mechanical leveling and anchoring, hydraulic-fluid filling, commissioning, safety-system testing, a live test bend, and four to eight hours of on-site operator training for up to four government personnel. Delivery is requested by November 30, 2026.
