Description
The Great Falls International Airport Authority is soliciting statements of qualifications from a firm or team to provide on-call planning and engineering services for airport capital improvement projects. Services include existing-condition surveys, facility assessments, conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction documents, engineering reports, civil and electrical design, cost estimates, regulatory coordination, bidding assistance, construction administration, resident project representative services when authorized, and post-construction closeout. Anticipated task-order work includes terminal, cargo apron, roadway, parking, snow-removal equipment and facilities, loading bridges, utility extensions, access control and CCTV, taxiway and runway pavement, airfield lighting, rental-car facilities, and related airport infrastructure. The engineer will also support FAA and TSA funding documentation, pay applications, change orders, DBE reporting, and other project administration. Individual task orders will establish the scope, fee, schedule, and performance period. The contract has an approximately 60-month term, structured as a three-year base period with two one-year options.
