Description
Cascade County Public Works is soliciting sealed bids for two or more 2026-or-newer diesel-powered, articulated-frame, all-wheel-drive motor graders. Preapproved models include the Caterpillar 160AWD and John Deere 872GP, or equivalent equipment meeting the detailed specifications. Requirements include current production models, extensive engine, powertrain, hydraulic, braking, operator-station, safety, serviceability, and all-wheel-drive capabilities, along with specified dimensions and performance characteristics. Bidders must provide pricing without trade-in deductions, separately value two potential trade-in graders, specify a delivery date, include a five-year or 5,000-hour total machine warranty, and provide warranty, availability, service, parts, and technical information. The bid package also requires completed specifications and fuel-consumption data, a bid security equal to 10% of the full motor-grader bid, a non-collusion affidavit, and a contractor verification concerning nondiscrimination against firearm entities and trade associations. Delivery is FOB the Cascade County Shop in Great Falls, Montana.
