Description
Cascade County is seeking one or more qualified professionals to provide planning and/or survey review services on an as-needed, on-call task-order basis for the Planning and GIS Department. The scope includes floodplain application review and permitting; subdivision review; certificate of survey and subdivision-exemption review; zoning, special-use permit, rezoning, variance, and location/conformance permit review; Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System administration, water testing, outreach, and annual reporting; preparation of notices, findings of fact, and staff reports; presentations to planning and zoning boards and the Board of County Commissioners; and investigations of regulatory and community-decay violations. The selected professional must provide editable draft and final documents in Word or Adobe PDF formats, submit monthly progress reports, and support statutory deadlines and public meetings. Proposals are limited to 50 single-sided bound pages, must use at least 12-point font, address the specified organizational, team, technical, reference, exceptions, and cost elements, and include a project cost estimate and authorized signature. The anticipated agreement has a one-year initial term with automatic one-year renewals unless either party provides timely nonrenewal notice; assignments and payment are not guaranteed.
