Description
The Government intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Advantor Systems Corporation for a technology refresh in a Munitions Storage Area. The requirement includes replacing end-of-life intrusion detection system panels, network switches, associated field devices, keypads, and related infrastructure. Replacement intrusion detection systems must remain compatible with the installation’s existing Advantor IBDSS architecture. This is a special notice rather than a formal solicitation; no solicitation document is available, and responses must provide clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. The requirement is identified under NAICS 334290 and will use simplified acquisition procedures.
