Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, is conducting market research through a Sources Sought notice to identify qualified industry partners for a potential Progressive Design-Build (PDB) Other Transaction (OT) Agreement for the Sentinel Utility Corridor project at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana. The project involves construction of utility corridors connecting missile field launch facilities, launch centers, the wing command center, and associated mission infrastructure, extending approximately 1,750 to 2,225 miles. Work includes installation of underground communications infrastructure, crossings of roadways, railways, rivers, and other obstacles, and associated civil work and site restoration. Additional requirements may include design and integration activities, environmental support, cultural support, and real estate acquisition. The estimated magnitude is $1.0 billion to $2.0 billion, with incremental MILCON funding anticipated from FY2029 through FY2033 and completion around 2035. Interested firms are requested to complete an Industry Questionnaire and may submit a Capability Statement.
