Cleveland Metroparks is soliciting qualifications from firms interested in providing professional design services for projects with individual design fees of $75,000 or less. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) covers a range of services including architectural, engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying. Firms will be placed on a list of prequalified vendors for a period of one year, from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, and will need to update their statements annually. Projects may include feasibility studies, development of cost budgets, completion of construction drawings, and permitting. Services may encompass architectural design, interior design, LEED evaluation, civil engineering (including site development, bridges, hydraulics, and utilities), structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, geotechnical engineering, energy modeling, environmental engineering, unmanned aerial systems services, GIS support, aerial photogrammetry, cost estimation, ADA compliance review, and construction support. Landscape architecture services may include site development, planting, and irrigation design, while surveying services may include boundary and topographic surveys. Firms are required to demonstrate competence, capacity, and past performance in their respective service areas.
