George Mason University is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional services for the planning, programming, design, and construction administration of a new baseball stadium. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering a modern, sustainable, and high-performing collegiate baseball facility designed to enhance the student-athlete experience, competitive excellence, fan engagement, and community connection. All services must comply with the George Mason University Higher Education Capital Outlay (HECO) Manual, state regulations, and Commonwealth of Virginia directives for public facilities.
