Description
The Riverhead Charter School, located in Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York, is requesting proposals for architectural services related to general building construction projects. A significant component of this solicitation is the construction of a new high school, which will be a bond-funded project. The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive architectural services, and the terms of engagement will be formalized in a written agreement. Interested firms must obtain the Request for Proposals (RFP) from the school office during business hours. Attendance at a mandatory pre-proposal meeting is required on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Riverhead Charter School, 3685 Middle Country Road, Calverton, NY 11933. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "RFP Architectural Services" and include an original and two copies. A New York Business Registration certificate must accompany all proposals. All sealed proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, July 10, 2026, and addressed to the Riverhead Charter School, 3685 Middle Country Road, Calverton, NY 11933. The School reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
