Description
The NY Army National Guard is soliciting proposals for bulk tray lunch drop-off services at Camp Ravenna/Camp Garfield Joint Military Training Center, located at 8451 State Rte 5 Ravenna, OH 44266. The requirement is for 1000 meals to be delivered between July 14 and July 23, 2026. Meals are to be dropped off with lunch service scheduled for 1200 daily. The contractor must provide meals in bulk trays, unless specified as individually packaged, with utensils and empty to-go containers for easy distribution. Dietary restrictions are to be followed as per the attached feeding schedule. The NYARNG intends to award a contract to a small business offering the lowest price that conforms to the requirements.
