Description
The University at Albany is seeking comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for an athletic performance center. The scope of work includes program phase, schematic design, design manual, construction documents, and construction administration. Disciplines required include Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, Civil, Structural, Asbestos Abatement, and AV-Data-Security systems, all in accordance with SUNY Consultant Agreement standards. Additional services required for this project include a site survey for underground utilities, a SEQRA study, physical space inventory drawing development, electronic as-built drawings, interior FFE design services, audio/video design services, and the creation of marketing materials with interior and exterior renderings of the schematic design for visitor experience improvements.
