Description
Summit County is soliciting bids for the Springside Drive Sidewalk project (PID 116457). This project requires a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation goal of 6%, in accordance with 49 CFR, Part 26, and qualified bidders under Chapter 5525 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Department of Transportation at least 30 days prior to the bid opening date. A valid Certificate of Qualification, as defined in Section 5525.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, must be submitted with the bid. Joint ventures are permitted but require a joint application for qualification. The engineer's estimate for the base bid is $675,808.13.
