Description
Erie 1 BOCES is soliciting sealed proposals for the replacement of the roof at the Potter Career and Technical Center. The project will be managed in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by Young + Wright Architectural. Plans and specifications are available for prime contractors starting June 9th, 2026, with a $50.00 deposit required, refundable under specific conditions. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 17th, 2026, at 2:30 PM, beginning at the Potter Career and Technical Center, to discuss the project scope, tour the site, and address bidder questions. Bidders must submit a bid bond payable to the owner in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. The solicitation also requires adherence to New York State Labor Department prevailing wage rates.
