The Board of Education of the White Plains City School District is soliciting proposals for Architectural Engineering Services. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package, which includes proposal forms, certifications, General Information and Conditions, and Specifications, is available from the District's Business Office located at 5 Homeside Lane, White Plains, NY 10605. Proposals must be submitted in sealed, opaque envelopes clearly marked "RFP - ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING SERVICES" and will be received until 1:00 PM on July 16, 2026. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, request clarifications, waive informalities, negotiate terms, re-advertise, or cancel the RFP if deemed in the best interest of the District. Any aspects not covered by the provided conditions or specifications should be addressed by the proposer, with any alternatives or additions clearly identified.
