Description
The Town of Sherman is seeking qualified firms to provide Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services for the Sherman Senior Center Project. This project involves the design and construction of a new approximately 4,250 square foot single-story senior center. The new facility will serve as a hub for community activities, meetings, and programs, benefiting residents of all ages. Services required include schematic design, design development, construction documents, procurement assistance, and construction administration. The project is funded through municipal bonds and may be subject to State of Connecticut funding programs and requirements.
