Description
The Village of Richfield is inviting bids for the construction of a pole building at Eastwood Preserve. The project is anticipated to start in summer 2026. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid guaranty and contract bond for the full amount, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit for 10% of the bid. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
