Description
The Village of Richfield is seeking bids for the construction of a pole building at Eastwood Preserve. The project is anticipated to start in the Summer of 2026. Electronic bid packages can be obtained by emailing Scott Wallenhorst at HDGswallenhorst@heartdg.com. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the ORC, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Village of Richfield. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and accept any bid deemed most favorable.
