Description
The Town of Falmouth is requesting qualifications for design services for the Lawrence Academy Exterior Rehabilitation Project. The project scope includes clapboard siding sanding and repainting, roofing replacement, cupola rehabilitation and electrification of the bell, portico column restoration, portico restoration, installation of door jamb and window trim, handicap accessible ramp replacement at the front entrance, replacement of the staircase and landing at the side entrance, and exterior painting. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 7C, Sections 44-59.
