Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order to Rockwell Automatic Inc. for the procurement of PACS. This is a sole-source procurement under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302, as Rockwell Automatic Inc. is considered the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements. The government anticipates making the award in the 3rd quarter of FY26. This is a follow-on procurement for this requirement.
