Description
The Mt. San Antonio Community College District (District) is soliciting proposals for comprehensive architectural design services for the renovation of Buildings 67A and 67B. This project aims to modernize approximately 29,469 gross square feet of educational space, including classrooms, laboratories, offices, and meeting rooms, as well as associated site work and demolition. The renovation will address outdated finishes, furnishings, equipment, and building systems, including IT, AV, HVAC, lighting, and plumbing, to enhance safety, energy efficiency, and adaptability for future academic programs. The selected firm will provide full A/E services through all project phases: design, bid, construction, and closeout. Key objectives include renovating and reconfiguring the building to support the School of Continuing Education (SCE) program requirements, modernizing aging infrastructure, improving accessibility and code compliance, upgrading technology, and enhancing the student experience. The project is funded by bond Measures GO and V.
