The City and County of Denver is soliciting qualifications for architectural and engineering design services to renovate the Boettcher Concert Hall, located at 1000 14th St, Denver, CO 80202. This project, part of the Vibrant Denver Bond Program, aims to address critical repairs, system upgrades, and program needs within the existing facility. The scope of work includes upgrades to HVAC, fire protection, life safety, data, technology, stage lighting, and audiovisual systems. It also involves new interior finishes, seating, and acoustic improvements. Modifications to the floor plan will enhance circulation, operational functionality, and ADA compliance, while also integrating an educational component. Exterior improvements such as roofing and facade repairs or replacements are also included. Additionally, the project will explore the design of a pavilion expansion for patrons and a west-side addition to activate the adjacent sculpture park.
