Description
Ashtabula County Job and Family Services (ACJFS) and the Ashtabula County Board of County Commissioners are soliciting proposals for transportation services. These services are intended for Ashtabula County residents who are eligible for programs such as Prevention, Retention and Contingency (PRC), Ohio Works First (OWF), Food Assistance Employment and Training (FAET), Title XX Social Services Block Grant (Title XX), Non-Emergency Transportation (NET), and Pregnancy Related Services (PRS). The scope of services includes providing transportation for eligible individuals to various locations, including health care appointments, employment, school, and daycare facilities, as well as other locations deemed necessary under supportive services for FAET. The services are required both within and outside of Ashtabula County.
