Description
The Lynchburg Redevelopment & Housing Authority (LRHA) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ No. Q26001) for architectural and engineering services. Minority- and/or women-owned businesses are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Interested firms can obtain the RFQ documents by registering and logging in at ha.internationaleprocurement.com. For any issues accessing or registering on the marketplace, customer support can be reached at (866) 526-9266. There is no pre-proposal conference scheduled for this RFQ. The deadline to submit questions is Monday, July 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET. Proposals must be submitted to Mary E. Mayrose, Executive Director, at the Administration Office, 1948 Thomson Drive, Lynchburg, VA 24501, by Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET.
