Cuyahoga County, on behalf of the Department of Human Resources, is soliciting proposals for Employee Assistance Program Administration services. The solicitation includes a list of potential vendors, including Moore Counseling, Ease@Work, Impact Solutions, MetroHealth Lifestyle EAP (Cleveland Clinic), Advocating For Change, LLC, Anchor Solutions Consulting, LLC, Hillary Schultz Therapy, LLC, Medical Mutual, Bravo (MMO), Health Advocate, and ComPsych. Proposals are due by 11:00 AM Local Time on July 20, 2026, and must be submitted either to the Cuyahoga County Department of Purchasing at 2079 East 9th Street, 2nd Floor, Room 2-200, Cleveland, Ohio 44115, or through the Cuyahoga County Supplier Portal System. Late bids will be returned unopened or not opened. A telephone conference pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The call-in number is (440) 462-2064 with Access Code: 175006441. Vendors are encouraged to register in the Cuyahoga County Supplier Portal for electronic bid submissions and future notices.
