The British Columbia Housing Management Commission (BC Housing) is issuing this Request for Pre-qualification (RFPQ) to establish prequalified rosters of Prime Consultants and Architects for various housing projects throughout the Province of British Columbia. This opportunity is divided into two streams: the Main Stream for general architectural and consulting services, and the Sub-Stream for Digitally Accelerated Standardized Housing (DASH) projects utilizing BIM-based design coordination and prefabrication. Firms may apply to the DASH sub-stream independently or in addition to the Main Stream if they meet the qualifications. Successful proponents from this RFPQ will be placed on a list of "Prequalified Proponents" and will be invited to participate in Stage Two solicitations for any new potential opportunities. The timetable includes an issue date of June 15, 2026, a deadline for questions on June 29, 2026, and a submission deadline of July 22, 2026. Proponents should note that the RFPQ timetable may be changed by BC Housing at any time.
