Description
The City of Ephrata is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from consulting firms to provide on-call land surveying services for City engineering projects over an anticipated three-year term, with two additional one-year extension options. Work will be authorized through separate project work orders and compensated under a negotiated hourly-rate agreement. The scope includes boundary and right-of-way research and field location; monument research, recovery, permitting, and mapping; easement research and legal-description and exhibit preparation; LOMA applications and elevation certifications; utility mapping; UAS ground control; and topographic and site-feature surveys. Statements of Qualifications must describe the firm's qualifications and relevant experience, proposed personnel and responsibilities, staffing levels, approach, and relevant project references. Evaluation will consider Ephrata-area experience, staff qualifications, firm expertise, approach, familiarity with the work, and past performance.
