Description
Lea County seeks qualified surveying firms for a pool of on-call providers. Work may include right-of-way, topographic, mapping, floodplain, aerial, and property surveying for county projects. The County anticipates multiple awards, with individual firms selected for task orders based on availability and knowledge of the specific work; each task order’s scope and compensation will be negotiated separately. The agreement is effective upon execution and has an initial one-year term, with three optional one-year renewals at the discretion of both parties. Proposals are evaluated on technical competence, capacity, past performance, familiarity with the contracting agency, work performed in New Mexico, and current workload with the agency. The solicitation also specifies insurance requirements for the awarded consultant.
