Description
The City of Weslaco is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified, licensed professional land surveying firms to establish a rotation list for municipal infrastructure, capital improvement, and on-call assignments. The scope includes boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS land title, right-of-way, construction staking and layout, as-built, utility location, plat preparation, hydrologic and floodplain-related surveys, GIS data collection support, legal description development, and related surveying services. Respondents must provide appropriately licensed Texas personnel, including a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, along with staffing information, resumes, relevant project experience, client references, workload and capacity information, applicable disadvantaged/minority/woman-owned business certifications, litigation disclosures, and professional liability insurance information. The response is limited to 20 pages, excluding cover pages, tabs, and required forms, and must be submitted as a single properly named PDF through the designated electronic procurement portal. The resulting contract will expire two years after execution, with a possible one-year extension at the City's discretion.
