Submission Instructions
Description
The City seeks Statements of Qualifications from firms with municipal land surveying experience to establish a pool of pre-qualified professional service providers. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis through project-specific task orders; prequalification does not guarantee a task order. The initial professional services agreement term is three years. Responses must describe relevant projects, proposed staff and qualifications, available resources, methodology and approach, added value, and references. Respondents must provide proof of licensure and a Registered Professional Land Surveyor as project manager. The response is limited to 35 pages, subject to stated exclusions, and must include the required reference sheet, conflict-of-interest form, and agreement certification form.
