Description
Imperial County Department of Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide intermittent, as-needed Deputy County Surveyor assistance. The County intends to award two on-call contracts for a three-year term with no extensions, with work assigned through task orders and compensated using proposed hourly rates. The scope includes reviewing and preparing maps, plats, legal descriptions, and other land-surveying documents; conducting field surveying; providing surveying personnel; performing research and due-diligence investigations; and supporting the County Surveyor as an extension of staff. Work must be performed under the direction of an appropriately licensed California professional, with prevailing-wage compliance where applicable. Proposals must include qualifications and experience, resumes and registrations, relevant project experience, methodology, staffing and timeline information, deliverables, and separate hourly fee information. There is no DBE participation goal for this RFP, although DBE participation may be required for individual future task orders.
