Description
Boulder County Parks and Open Space seeks qualifications from licensed surveyors to establish a shortlist of contractors for future, project-by-project assignments. Potential work includes ALTA/NSPS, topographic, monumented land, boundary, and improvement surveys. Surveyors must meet applicable Colorado and county standards and provide the specified stamped survey products, legal descriptions, closure and area documentation, CAD and GIS files, and related records. Fieldwork may involve difficult terrain and traffic control. The County may select multiple contractors for contracts of up to five years, but selection does not guarantee work. Submissions must include company and key-personnel license information, detailed fees and a current rate sheet, three references for similar projects completed within the past three years, a W-9 dated within the past 12 months, a vendor information form, and a certificate of insurance. The certificate is required with the submission, and the selected contractor must meet the stated insurance requirements before work begins.
